Time Management Tips & Tools to keep you on track?

When you have multiple things on the go, it can be overwhelming and slow down overall productivity if your time is not properly managed. Here are a few tips & tools to help with time management:?

Create a Work Back Schedule: A Work Back Schedule is a project planning tool in which managers set goals and milestones in reverse order, beginning at the final deadline. This can help to determinean accurate time commitment for a project, and keep you on track step by step.?

Time Audit: Conducting a time audit can help you identify where your time is being spent and how you can optimize it. Track your time for a week or two and analyze where you are spending it. You will be able to identify patterns and areas of improvement more easily.?

Task batching: Task batching is the process of grouping similar tasks together. By doing similar tasks at the same time, it is easier for your brain to remain focused, rather than jumping into something completely different.??

Be aware of the Paretto Principle: You may have heard of the 80/20 rule, which states that 80% of outcomes result from 20% of inputs. This means identifying what are your most important tasks can help you achieve better results.??
